Meet The Team
David Adebola
David is a Health and Well-being Consultant with vast experience in education, retail and healthcare. He has an MBA from the University of Manchester and over 10 years of executive leadership experience in Wellness. He has developed various heath programmes for employers to transform their workplace culture.
Laura Bailey
Laura has worked in business operations for over 8 years. She is passionate about corporate sustainability and developing effective systems to improve staff health and well-being.
Jasem Greval
Jasem is a qualified healthcare clinician with an MBA from the University of Manchester. He has vast experience in integrating physical activity, physiology, and mental health due to clinical exposure in hospital care.
Chika Nnorom
Chika studied health and exercise science. He has over 18 years teaching and coaching experience. He oversees all training programmes and procedures pertaining to exercise and client management to help employers drive business goals and objectives.
Vicky Maidment
Vicky is a highly experienced senior administrator with many years of experience working with diverse employers. She is excellent in managing operational processes and engaging with staff at all levels.
Jayne Merino
Jayne a highly qualified lecturer and tutor who has a masters in business management and has successfully coached teams and developed well-being programmes for employers to help them meet health and well-being goals.
